Auto FlightLog serves as a comprehensive electronic flight logbook designed for pilots seeking an efficient and user-friendly solution. Its intuitive interface facilitates hassle-free data entry and management.

The setup process allows users to input their existing flying records via the Build Log Book tab, enabling importation from Excel files or other logbook applications. Our dedicated technical support team is available to assist in transitioning from outdated or costly logging solutions to Auto FlightLog, reachable at Techsupport@autoflightlog.com.

One notable feature eliminates the daily burden of manual logging by permitting direct import of log data from AIMS & ARMS systems. Future updates will include integration with Sabre schedule data.

Data security and continuity are assured through cloud storage, continuous backups, and synchronization across multiple iOS devices, ensuring data preservation and accessibility at all times.

The application automatically calculates day and night flying hours. Users can utilize features such as Return Leg, Copy Trip, and Next Leg to efficiently populate their logbook. The Config menu allows customization of the display layout, and a Night mode option reduces eye strain during nighttime use. Additional settings enable default selections for X Country flights, Instrument Flying, Destination Approach, and Instructional flights.

Auto FlightLog is fully compatible with long-haul operations, allowing manual adjustment of total flight time, day, and night hours to reflect accurate control-time records.

The app offers automatic tracking of currency requirements with alerts for upcoming expirations. Users can attach photographs of certifications, ratings, medical documents, or custom files for easy access at any time.

The Quick Check feature enables creation of smart groups based on aircraft type, role, or specific date ranges to monitor flying hours effectively.

Logbook data can be exported in various formats, including Jeppesen (US/European), DGCA (Indian), CA-39, and STL formats. Additional formats are planned for future updates.

Personalization options include the ability to add images related to airports, colleagues, aircraft, and documents. Search functionality allows locating flights by crew member, location, aircraft, date, or flight number.

The People tab provides a space for comments on techniques, frequently asked questions, and preferred exercises or routines of examiners and colleagues—helping users prepare better for checkrides or simulator sessions.

The shift away from paper logs offers a modernized approach to record-keeping in aviation.
